Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored intellectual property solutions.
  • Meet internal production goals while adhering to client budgets and timelines.
  • Participate in training and mentorship opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality legal documentation, including patent applications and prosecution responses.
  • In-depth understanding of patent law trends and the ability to craft innovative strategies to address evolving challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in one of the following technical disciplines:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Computer Engineering
    • Data Science
    • Physics
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Materials Science

Certifications

  • For Patent Agent candidates, active registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required, along with good standing.
