Duties:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, business agreements, and legal documents
Develop legal strategies, procedures, and internal policies for corporate clients
Conduct legal research and assess potential legal risks
Represent clients in proceedings, negotiations, and strategic meetings
Provide intellectual property counsel as part of broader business transactions
Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal staff

Requirements:
