Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 personal injury cases from initiation through trial. This role includes the supervision of a full-time paralegal.

Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from start to trial.
• Supervise and collaborate with a dedicated paralegal.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Engage in motions practice and court appearances.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
