A law firm seeks a highly experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney in Roseland, NJ, to join at the Partner level. Duties

• Lead healthcare mergers and acquisitions, managing joint ventures and partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documents across various sectors.
• Provide strategic advice on healthcare regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in healthcare transactional law.
• Strong track record in M&A, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
• Experience with electronic documentation and e-discovery matters.
• Strong commercial/business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Mandatory Bar admission in NJ; NY admission is a plus.
