Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney in Roseland, NJ, to join at the Partner level. Duties

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
  • Experience with electronic documentation and e-discovery matters.
  • Strong commercial/business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues under pressure.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Mandatory Bar admission in NJ; NY admission is a plus.
