• Support senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation
• Manage deadlines and court filings in state and federal courts
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure timely updates

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Familiarity with California civil procedure and litigation rules
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Admitted to practice law in California

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar
• Admission to federal court in California (preferred)
