A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney for its Hendersonville office. This role involves working within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

Duties

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
  • Work closely with partners on complex litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
  • Admission to the state bar corresponding to the office location.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
  • Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients.
