Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel Corporate Associate to join its team in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, private funds, and general corporate matters, supporting companies and investment vehicles in their formation, operation, compliance, and growth.

Duties

  • Advise on mergers and acquisitions and equity financings.
  • Support private equity and venture capital funds in strategic planning.

Requirements
