Duties:

  • Coordinate with external advisors such as accountants and financial planners

  • Stay informed on changes in Arizona estate planning and probate law

  • Deliver personalized legal advice with professionalism and empathy

  • Support clients and their families through the planning and implementation phases

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona

  • At least 3 years of estate planning experience, with preference for probate exposure

  • Ability to independently manage client files from intake to completion

  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and client communications

  • Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team structure

  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and good-standing membership with the Arizona State Bar

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication

  • Familiarity with trust and estate tax considerations (preferred but not required)
