Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Scottsdale, AZ. Duties

  • Conduct estate planning consultations with clients via Zoom and in person.
  • Provide strategic legal recommendations throughout the planning process.
  • Draft and review comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients by phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and clients' outside advisors.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review case strategy and workflow.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in estate planning and probate.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
  • Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
