Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Corporate and Commercial Attorney to join its practice in Wilmington, Delaware. The successful candidate will engage in complex commercial disputes and collaborate globally. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Duties

  • Handle all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions.
  • Conduct discovery and manage appeals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant corporate and commercial experience.
  • Admitted and in good standing in Delaware; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Delaware.
