Duties

• Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts.
• Engage in probate and trust and estate administration.
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce superior written work.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in good standing with the Florida bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
• Prior experience in drafting estate planning documents.
• Experience with probate and trust and estate administration.
• Previous law firm private practice experience.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida bar.
