Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in trust and estate litigation matters
• Handle contested probate and fiduciary dispute cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
• Perform legal research and case analysis
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, fiduciaries, and court personnel
• Develop litigation strategy and settlement approaches
• Support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of probate, trust administration, and fiduciary law
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
• Strong client-facing and advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
