Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Personal Injury department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a collaborative environment, managing a significant caseload and handling cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic claims. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dedicated team to fight for clients and secure the largest possible settlements.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Manage a substantial caseload, collaborating with case managers and assistants
• Work closely with various departments, including sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens
• Communicate legal concepts and strategies effectively to clients and opposing counsel
• Attend and conduct hearings regularly
• Develop expertise in the personal injury pre-litigation process through guidance from experienced Supervising Attorneys

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Superior analytical and legal research skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
