Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney for its Boston, MA office. The role involves collaborating with other immigration attorneys and paralegals to manage cases, prepare and file petitions, and advise clients on compliance and corporate immigration strategies.

Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on immigration cases.
• Prepare and file petitions and applications for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
• Stay informed on current immigration legislation and contribute to the practice group's blog.
• Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and corporate immigration policies.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
• Experience with non-immigrant visa petitions and immigrant visa processes.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication, writing, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, technology, life sciences, or finance preferred.
