Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Discovery Attorney in San Francisco, CA, with the option for remote work. This position is within the warranty defense team of a civil litigation firm specializing in warranty defense, business litigation, and personal injury. The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and possess at least three years of relevant experience.

Duties

  • Handle daily completion of discovery response sets.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Engage in written discovery and document productions.
  • Respond to motions to compel.

Requirements

  • Licensed in California and in good standing.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in litigation defense.
  • Familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California Bar License.
