Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and manage equity and equity-based plans.
  • Design and implement bonus and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with corporate, bankruptcy, employment law, and tax teams.
  • Provide guidance on tax-qualified retirement and health and welfare plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant law firm experience.
  • Admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • New York Bar admission.
