Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with at least four years of experience to join its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, with a strong academic background. Experience in a regional, national, or reputable local law firm is preferred.

Duties

• Manage pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters.
• Handle e-discovery and fact development proficiently.
• Address complex fact, legal, and logistical issues strategically.
• Engage in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial work.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Active Texas license or eligibility to become licensed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.
• Commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license or ability to obtain one.
