A law firm seeks a compassionate and bilingual associate attorney to join their dynamic team full-time in Norcross, GA. The firm specializes in immigration law and traffic citations, aiming to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Duties

• Meet with clients, conduct legal research, and prepare immigration filings.
• Maintain and update client files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advise and represent clients in immigration cases.
• Represent clients at immigration hearings, USCIS interviews, and traffic hearings (if barred in Georgia).

Requirements

• Active admission to a state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law (preferred).
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Collaborative team player with proven leadership abilities.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in criminal defense or personal injury matters is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
