Location:

Duties:

  • Manage litigation in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and briefs

  • Perform client intake and conduct comprehensive Client Needs Assessments

  • Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients

  • Collaborate with opposing counsel and court professionals in negotiations

  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and records

  • Meet and exceed billable hour requirements

  • Participate in team leadership and help mentor junior staff

  • Contribute to a client-first culture focused on compassionate and effective service

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of recent experience practicing family law

  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet billable targets

  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration experience

  • High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate legal work

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities

  • Able to lead and inspire within a team structure

  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service

  • Comfortable with financial discussions and strategic planning with clients

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
