Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Health Care Associate to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in transactional, real estate, financing, and regulatory matters. Experience with long-term care, senior living providers, and other institutional health care clients is advantageous.

Duties

• Assist in transactional and regulatory matters for health care clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with health care providers and institutional clients preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
