Location

Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and discovery

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and case management

• Maintain accurate case records and timelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience practicing civil litigation

• Demonstrated experience handling a caseload with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with Wisconsin court procedures and rules

• Strong desire to grow within a team-oriented law firm

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar
