  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the California State Bar.
