Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel associate attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Privacy practice in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in relevant areas and a strong academic background.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate licensing and technology agreements.
  • Advise on intellectual property issues.
  • Support M&A and financing transactions.
  • Assist with transactions involving new technologies such as AI and blockchain.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

  • Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, financial technologies, and related areas.

  • Excellent academic credentials required.
