Senior Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its practice in Albany, NY. The firm specializes in family law, estate litigation, probate, and commercial litigation. Duties

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and maintain thorough documentation for all cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a law office environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, probate, or family law is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional legal writing and drafting abilities.
• Federal court admission is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
