Duties

• Handle litigation in state and federal courts, including trials and appeals.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• License in good standing in Pennsylvania.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
