Job Overview

A dynamic and client-focused real estate law firm is seeking an attorney to join its residential real estate practice in North Carolina. This role involves managing real estate transactions from start to finish, including title review, closings, and client communications. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants who are detail-oriented and committed to high standards of client service.

Location

Duties

  • Conduct residential real estate closings

  • Perform title searches and coordinate with title insurance companies

  • Prepare closing documents and related transactional materials

  • Communicate daily with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and other stakeholders

  • Review closing packages and financial documentation for accuracy

  • Represent clients at closings and oversee the execution of legal documents

Requirements

  • Ability to commute between High Point and Morrisville offices as needed

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, training, and mentoring

  • Availability for standard weekday business hours (with flexibility if part-time)

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina (required)

  • North Carolina Notary Public commission (required)

Skills

  • Familiarity with North Carolina real estate practices and title procedures

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
