A law firm seeks an experienced Of Counsel specializing in class action litigation for its Philadelphia, PA office. The role involves defending agency charges of discrimination and handling lawsuits related to employment claims, including wage and hour class/collective actions.

Duties

• Handle defense of agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
• Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work.
• Admitted to PA Bar and in good standing.
• Experience acting as Lead Counsel.
• Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to PA Bar.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
