Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior associate for its Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation team in Miami, Florida. Duties

• Assist in complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Active member of the Florida state bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest in insurance and/or health sciences preferred.
