Duties

• Manage a caseload from inception through trial or resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of insurance defense or personal/bodily injury litigation experience.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
