Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney with 0-2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling pre-suit matters for the firms civil litigation practice. Job duties will include client intake, preparation of demand letters, attending inspections and examinations under oath, and preparing initial pleadings and discovery requests. Should preferably have experience with insurance claims. Must be an Active member of the Florida Bar. Experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products is required. Should be Bi-Lingual.

The candidate should have excellent research and writing abilities. Must be a highly organized, self-motivated individual capable of operating under minimal supervision.
