Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to draft persuasive pleadings and motions, and argue effectively before courts.
  • Strong case management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, balancing independence with collaboration.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

  • First-chair trial or appellate experience preferred.
  • Experience with complex commercial disputes or class actions preferred.
  • Background in consumer law or eminent domain litigation preferred.
  • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a litigation team.
  • Competitive mindset with the ability to advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Comfortable participating in conferences and other activities associated with running a successful line of business within the firm.
