A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Attorney with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality legal work efficiently, handling negotiations and mediations, and conducting depositions and court appearances. The Senior Employment Attorney must possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, be tech-savvy, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, 2 days per week in-person, and offers generous PTO, healthcare, and 401k benefits.

Duties:

  • Execute high-quality legal work efficiently in the field of employment law.
  • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel via email, phone, and in person.
  • Handle negotiations and mediations, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Draft, review, and research legal briefs.
  • Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the CA State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employment law.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong technical and strategic aptitude.
