Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate for its Portland, OR office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and integrated global team.

Duties

  • Engage in energy and infrastructure project finance transactions.
  • Participate in tax equity and mergers and acquisitions activities.
  • Collaborate with a global team of attorneys.
  • Contribute to client team integration and mentorship programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in energy and infrastructure law.
  • Experience in project finance, tax equity, or M&A preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

  • Member of the State Bar in good standing.
