The attorney will manage cases independently, handling all aspects of case management and client communication.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to final disposition with office support.
• Attend court-mandated conferences and hearings.
• Engage in cutting-edge lawsuits involving website technology and privacy rights.
• Draft and oppose motions, and handle discovery processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience in civil litigation in California.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage court deadlines independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

• Substantial litigation experience, preferably in class actions.
• Familiarity with privacy law, including CIPA and federal wiretap statutes.
• Knowledge of the tech sector or digital marketing ecosystem.
• Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of cases.
