Job Overview
A law firm seeks a junior associate with ERISA/employee benefits experience to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, supporting the practice with various responsibilities.

Duties

  • Draft welfare plan documents and summary plan descriptions.
  • Manage client relationships and a broad array of ERISA/employee benefits matters.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of ERISA/employee benefits experience.
  • Experience with health and welfare plans, tax-qualified plans, executive compensation, and transactional matters.
  • Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in good standing.
