Duties

  • Monitor and enforce ethical obligations for non-attorney team members.
  • Answer legal questions from legal support teams.

  • Stay informed about legislative and case law changes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member in good standing of a state bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in an immigration law firm.
  • Experience with humanitarian and family-based visas preferred.
  • Advocacy-focused approach to client representation.
  • Innovative approach to improving operations and processes.
  • Ability to communicate well with clients and provide legal guidance.

Education

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications
