Duties

• Provide representation in personal injury matters such as auto accidents and slip and fall cases.
• Manage a team of paralegals and case managers.
• Conduct client consultations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Manage a caseload of varying complexity, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed.
• Oversee cases from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• JD degree and admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
