Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury litigation matters

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents

• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for clients

• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and opposing counsel

• Engage in courtroom advocacy with a strong focus on trial preparation and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience

• Proven expertise in personal injury law required

• Strong background in trial proceedings, motion practice, and client representation

• Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment

• Successful completion of a background check and license verification

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada (required)
