Job Overview: A law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking an associate attorney to join their plaintiff personal injury practices. Duties:

  • Handle plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing.
  • Admission to the California bar is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing quality legal representation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
