Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience practicing family law, with specific experience in adoption law preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas Family Code and adoption procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
