Job Overview

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of probate litigation, including trust contests and will challenges.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and appellate filings.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic counseling to clients in sensitive disputes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Participate in client development and community activities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience in probate, trust, and estate disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• Demonstrated trial and evidentiary hearing experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Commitment to client service and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
