Duties:

• Handle a variety of first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage cases.

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions for litigation.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Represent clients in court appearances and trials.

• Provide legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including coordination with clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective case management and client service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation.

• Strong academic background with exceptional research and writing skills.

• Practical case management experience in state and federal courts.

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.

• Experience with depositions, court appearances, and trials.

• Bar admission in New Jersey (additional state admissions a plus).

• A commitment to professional growth and client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of New Jersey is required.

• Additional State Bar admissions are a plus.
