Duties

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through resolution or trial.

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case development.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality legal service delivery.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently.
• Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and rules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
