Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters across key practice areas.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while expanding the firm’s client base.
  • Collaborate with other senior attorneys to drive firm-wide success and innovation.
  • Mentor and manage junior associates, ensuring the continued development of future talent.
  • Support the firm’s strategic goals and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a partner or senior attorney with a strong leadership record.
  • Expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas, such as Corporate, Litigation, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, or Intellectual Property.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and integrate across various legal disciplines to meet client needs.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar in one or more jurisdictions where the position is based (required).

  • Exceptional business development, client relationship management, and leadership abilities.
  • Advanced legal analysis, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
