Tort Attorney

Kansas City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tort attorney with 7 years of relevant experience. The candidate will manage a tort defense caseload with independence. Will successfully try cases and conduct depositions and mediations. Effectively establish, build, and maintain relationships with all assigned clients. Participate in marketing and business development opportunities within the firm. Engage in a collaborative team atmosphere. Utilize available technology to manage clients effectively and efficiently within a paperless work environment. Must be Licensed and in good standing in Kansas and/or Missouri. An understanding of current court-related procedures is required.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is needed. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Should be collaborative and committed to working as part of a team.
