Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Associate based in Charlotte, NC. This position involves handling litigation, charges, and demand letters related to employment law. The role is available nationwide in any state where the firm maintains an office.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience handling California employment litigation.
• Admitted to the CA state bar and compliance with all ethical requirements.
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to the CA state bar.
