Job Overview:
An esteemed national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to support its highly regarded Healthcare practice. The successful candidate will join a dynamic litigation team and work on complex healthcare-related cases. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle litigation matters related to the healthcare sector

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and development

  • Manage case files and assist in fact investigation

  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and industry developments affecting healthcare litigation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (GA, TX, CA, or D.C.)

  • Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior experience with healthcare-related litigation is a plus but not required

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Superior academic credentials required

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

Skills:
