Duties

• Lead trial preparation and coordination for the trial team.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel both over the phone and in person.
• Utilize technology and case management software to manage matters effectively.
• Prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities to deliver results ahead of schedule.
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years handling personal injury matters.
• Previous trial preparation experience.
• Active Texas Bar License in good standing.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License.
