  • At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, preferably in Immigration Law.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to work in-office at the Vista, CA location.
  • Capacity to handle the emotional demands of sensitive immigration cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in good standing from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.
