Duties

• Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, motions, and contracts.

• Advise clients on legal strategies and solutions.
• Conduct pre-sale consultations and assess client eligibility.
• Handle client communications professionally.
• Stay informed on changes in immigration law and participate in training.

Requirements

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preparedness to learn from senior attorneys.
• Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).
• At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, preferably in Immigration Law.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work in-office at the Vista, CA location.
• Capacity to handle the emotional demands of sensitive immigration cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.
