Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Technology Transactions Junior Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate transactional matters, with a willingness to transition to a technology transaction practice. Duties

• Draft and negotiate complex technology, intellectual property, and data-related commercial contracts.
• Articulate complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects independently.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate transactional matters.
• Strong understanding of technology, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence and quantum computing is a plus.
• Must reside and be barred in a jurisdiction with a U.S. office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Massachusetts, or another jurisdiction with a U.S. office location.

Skills

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
